It’s hard to believe it’s been six years since I got my real estate license. It feels like only yesterday that I was working my first open house and learning the ropes. I’m so grateful to all of my clients, both past and present, who have trusted me to guide them through such a monumental decision. To celebrate this milestone, I thought I’d take a look back at some of my favorite moments over the past 6 years.

• One of the things I love most about my job is getting to meet new people from all walks of life. I’ve had the pleasure of working with first-time home buyers, families upsizing and downsizing, veterans, investors, developers, newlyweds, divorcees, empty-nesters, and everyone in between! No two clients are alike, and each one brings something special to the table. It’s truly a privilege to be a part of such an important life moment for so many people.
• My first closing ever was with Sarjo with whom I sold her condo in Fairmount. I will never forget how she gave me my first opportunity to sell her home and one of the things that I will never forget that she told me was ” Conchetta, I believe that you have my best interest in mind and I believe in your ability to get my home sold for the most money. Your professionalism is what made me choose you!”. Those words have stuck with me and I carry that accountability with every client to this day!
• No 6-year itch for me-I’m happier and more excited about my career in real estate than I’ve ever been! Year seven is gonna be the best one yet! Through new partnerships and opportunities, I’m going to continue to improve and think of new ways to send you valuble information and better serve. Stay Tuned!
• Finally, one of the things that I’m most proud of is the amount of referral business that I’ve gotten over the years. Referral business is the best kind of business, because it means that my clients are so happy with my service that they’re willing to recommend me to their friends and family. In the past six years, I’ve gotten referrals from past clients, other real estate agents! It’s truly humbling, and it’s one of the things that keeps me going year after year.

I can’t believe it’s been 6 years already! Time really does fly when you’re having fun. I’m so grateful to all of you for trusting  and allowing me to be a part of such special moments in your lives. I genuinely hope you are all as happy and fulfilled in your chosen passion as I am in mine. It’s you that make it special. Here’s to many more wonderful years to come!
